I recently conducted a training session at Mseto Junior School for teachers on utilizing digital tools in the classroom, marking my first experience with the CLASSworks program. The training kicked off right on schedule, setting a positive tone for the day. The teachers were incredibly engaging and displayed great enthusiasm for learning new technology. To maintain high energy levels and foster a sense of camaraderie, we included icebreakers between sessions.
The teachers were particularly receptive to using the tablets, and they successfully connected them to keyboards via Bluetooth—a task everyone managed with enthusiasm and ease. The collaborative atmosphere was palpable, with teachers eagerly supporting one another and sharing valuable insights. This spirit of teamwork significantly enhanced the training experience.
Overall, the training was a resounding success, characterized by active participation and a shared commitment to leveraging technology in education. The teachers’ eagerness to embrace digital tools was inspiring, and it underscored the transformative potential of technology in modern classrooms.
