We are extremely proud of the fact that the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) has officially approved DEAN’s CLASSworks Foundation curriculum and CLASSworks TechQuest curriculum. This is a historic moment for our organization and a testament to the quality and relevance of our work.
KICD is the national institution responsible in Kenya for developing, evaluating and approving programs and curricula that meet international standards for primary and tertiary education. Therefore, recognition of this institution is not a given.
The approval followed an extensive review process in which the curricula were successively reviewed by a panel of subject matter experts, a Course Panel, the Council’s Academic Committee, and finally approved by the KICD Council itself.
With this official recognition, our programs can now be used even more widely in Kenyan schools, supported by the Kenyan government’s confidence in the quality of our educational model.
