DEAN has entered a two‑year strategic partnership with the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) to expand access to quality digital education in Kenyan schools through corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the partnership brings together FKE’s network of employer organisations and DEAN’s CLASSworks digital education programme to support CBC‑aligned digital learning, teacher training and sustainable school digitisation.
Through the collaboration, FKE member companies can channel their CSR investments directly into:
- Equipping under‑resourced schools with digital learning tools
- Training teachers in CBC‑aligned digital pedagogy
- Supporting long‑term, effective use of technology in classrooms
The partnership runs until December 2027 and is overseen by a Joint Technical Committee to ensure accountability and impact.
DEAN welcomes this collaboration as a meaningful step towards stronger private‑sector involvement in education and looks forward to working with employers to support schools across the country.
